Slow Cooked Beef Ribs (BBQ)
Our tender beef ribs are served with a mild BBQ flavoured sauce and have been slow cooked to retain flavour and succulence. Simply reheat
and serve!
Cooking Instructions

THAWING
-
Fridge
Defrost the product at refrigerated temperature overnight. Once defrosted use within 5 days. -
Microwave
Cut the corner from the bag and place the entire bag in a microwave safe dish or bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Follow immediately with a reheating step. -
REHEATING

Pot
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Carefully add the bag to the water and cook at a simmer for approximately 25 minutes. Take care as the label will come off. Carefully remove the bag from the water, the bag material will be hot. If desired then remove ribs from bag and place under a grill on high for around 2 minutes each side. -
Convotherm style steam Oven
Preheat oven to 85°C steam. Put the bag into a tray and heat for approximately 30 minutes. Carefully remove the bag from the oven, the bag material will be hot. If desired then remove ribs from bag and place under a grill on high for around 2 minutes each side. -
Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (dry heat only). Open the bag and empty the product onto an oven tray. Do not cook in the bag. Cook for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. If desired place ribs under a grill on high for around 2 minutes each side.

Beef Back Ribs (76%), Water, Sugar, Tomato, Thickeners (1422, 1412), Salt, Acidity Regulators (260, 330) Spices, Colour (150d), Garlic, Onion, Preservative (202), Smoke Flavour.
Storage
Store frozen at -18°C. Refer to the best before date indicated on product packaging.
