Cooking Instructions

    Defrost the product at refrigerated temperature overnight. Once defrosted use within 5 days.

  • REHEATING

  • Convotherm style steam oven

    Convotherm style steam oven
    Preheat oven to 85°C steam. Put the bag into a tray and heat for approximately 20 minutes. Carefully remove the bag from the oven, the bag material will be hot.

  • Oven

    Oven
    Preheat oven to 200°C fanbake(dry heat only). Open the bag and empty the product onto an oven tray. Do not cook in the bag. Cook for approximately 20 minutes. If desired, grill on high for around 2 minutes on each side.

  • Pot

    Pot
    Bring a pot of water to the boil. Carefully add the bag to the water and cook at a simmer for approximately 20 minutes. Take care as the label will come off. Carefully remove the bag from the water, the bag material will be hot.

Storage

Store frozen at -18°C. Refer to the best before date indicated on product packaging.
