Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks (Seasoned)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

THAWING

Fridge
Defrost the product at refrigerated temperature overnight. Once defrosted use within 5 days. -
Microwave
Cut the corner from the bag and place the entire bag in a microwave safe dish or bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Follow immediately with a reheating step. -
REHEATING

Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (dry heat only). Open the bag and empty the product onto an oven tray. Do not cook in the bag. Cook for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. -
Pot
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Carefully add the bag to the water and cook at a simmer for approximately 25 minutes. Carefully remove the bag from the water, the bag material will be hot. -
Microwave
Cut the corner from the bag and place entire bag in a microwave safe dish or bowl. Microwave on high for 7 to 8 minutes, shaking or stirring the contents every 2 minutes. Carefully remove the bag from the microwave and leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
